Wow, really striking. If it's not vital to the picture that it reads as snow, I'd leave. It sure feels cold.

Still working on this one. Need to figure out the hair and finish up details of the coloring throughout. Not sure if the rain looks like snow since I make the rain lines white. Will let this sit, while I work on other things.
