Thanks. Yeah its nice when things turn out like that. I remember seeing the premiere issue and immediatly sending my clint eastwood to the editor and ad. The editor actually was the first to contact me. Goes to show having editors on your mailing list isnt a bad idea.

I didn't actually email the editor, just sent him a postcard.
But you're right, not sure I'd feel comfortable emailing the editor directly either....
